The emergence of the self-service model greatly facilitates people's lives,improves people's work efficiency and saves public resources,and plays an important role in public service facilities.Since the emergence of intelligence and automation on a large scale,selfservice systems have gradually become an indispensable part of urban service design.With the increase of population aging,self-service service areas are spread across all aspects of life,and are deployed in communities,hospitals,schools,stations,etc.After the self-service ecosystem is completed,the efficiency of social operations will be greatly improved.With the uninterrupted service of the self-service terminal 24,on the one hand,it can alleviate the pressure of queuing at the manual window during the peak period of business processing.On the other hand,users can have more time for business processing during nonworking hours.Time to handle business blanks.The birth of the sharing model provides a new way of consumption for the public.The sharing model not only makes fuller use of resources,but also greatly improves the efficiency of the use of tools.The emergence of mobile payment makes it easier for users to pay for the use of self-service,and it is also convenient for staff to perform statistical analysis of data in the background.This subject investigates the development status of the self-service printing product service system,and collects research data according to the observation method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods.Through comparative analysis,the design direction is discussed from the use environment,use requirements and use characteristics of self-service printers.Use the Kano model to prioritize the user needs of the self-service printing service system,complete the definition of the functional level in the subsequent design time,analyze the advantages and potential risks of the self-service printing service model through the SWOT model,and start with the stakeholders to self-service printing The roles involved in the service design are classified,and the emotional experience map is used to find out the pain points encountered by the user in the operation process and optimize it.In design practice,this topic analyzes and organizes the appearance of existing selfservice equipment on the market,summarizes the shape design rules in self-service equipment,and uses ergonomics to define the size and installation height of equipment components to complete the self-service Appearance design of printing equipment.Analyze the humancomputer interaction interface in the self-service terminal from the perspective of service visualization,and apply it to the design practice of this subject.The design results include the hardware design of the self-service printing service terminal and the interactive design of the mobile phone/device terminal operation interface,in order to provide users with reliable selfservice printing equipment,efficient printing processes and a good printing experience.
