The product service system is in line with the principle of sustainable development.In addition to the needs of people,it also solves the technical problems that arise in the design,and brings new solutions to social sustainability.This paper takes service design as a guide for preemptive theories,and explores the key reasons for the success of the service as a design activity by studying the areas of service design,service design principles,framework tools,and elements,and how it can be better integrated into product practices,as well as Product service system innovation strategy.Scene terminology originates from the film and television industry and refers to the scenes of the movie drama.With the rise of the Internet,the concept of the scene extends to the online,showing social behavior,shopping,games,etc.relying on the Internet and generally completing closed-loop behavior through payment.It includes application scenarios,payment scenarios,and so on.Scenes are immersive experiences such as games,videos,and more.In the traditional Internet age,the giants satisfied the users' needs of people and goods,information,and people.Now the business model of people and scenes has begun to rise,and the application scenarios based on the mobile Internet have begun to show.The prosperity of the mobile Internet is becoming more and more in line with people's daily lives.Many life scenarios cannot be separated from mobile terminals,consumption,shopping,and entertainment.The bonus of mobile payments is very convenient for people.Scenes exist in all aspects of life,and specific times,places,and characters form specific scenes.Scenes in the commercial market trigger transaction behavior.In the era of mobile Internet,smart mobile terminals fragment people's time and scenes.Consumers' information infiltrates each other in the Internet,and consumption becomes dispersed.The integration of virtual and real world makes it possible for any scene to be transformed into actual consumption,which is the market becomes scene-oriented.With the tremendous improvement of people's living standards,user needs are diversified and developed at multiple levels.Users need to satisfy not only functional needs such as diet,clothing,and accommodation,but also more emotional appeals in terms oftravel scene requirements.With more user needs,satisfaction is the potential value of service design.From the perspective of service design,this paper analyzes people's life needs and personal interest points,travel modes,time management,and trip planning,systematically qualitatively and quantitatively studies,taps the potential needs of users,provides people with quality living services and “ "Three kilometers" of personalized travel needs,push service products of private interest points,to solve the user in the journey,such as changing to the station "waiting" time and cost caused physical and mental fatigue,improve travel efficiency.The travel products provided by this article are relatively few in the market,and there is basically no single personalized demand product for “three kilometers” travel within the market.The market is relatively blank,so this product has certain forward-looking.The popularization of travel service infrastructure such as sharing bicycles has greatly facilitated users' travel needs.The business opportunities brought about by the cooperation and use of this product in the future are also great.Traveling scenes are something we experience every day.Through social and cultural considerations,we can better meet the green travel concept advocated by users while traveling.We can effectively reduce the carbon emissions by walking or cycling,to establish a green city value proposition,and balance people.The relationship of society will be more far-reaching.
