The Design And Implementation Of Fourth-party Logistics Emergency Facility Management System Based On Soa

With the rapid development of logistics industry, fourth-party logistics system comes into being. Faced to the problem emergency incidents happening during logistics, the system needs to allocate emergency facility fast and accurately. How to allocate emergency facility and how to make emergency facility transportation rapid have become the problems to be solved.This paper designs and implements the fourth-party logistics emergency facility management system based on SOA, The system includes two modules, allocation management module and transportation management module. Allocation management module implements designation of emergency facility includes third-party logistics'company facility and social department facility, while transportation management module implements emergency facility transportation according to transport decision. In allocation management of emergency facility, assignment algorithm is designed,using the nearest principle of added weight method to designate third-party emergency facility. At the same time, the information is packaged and issued by using Web Service. Based on this, it provides software implementation to emergency facility requirements, reserving and designation, solving the problem of how to allocate emergency facility. In transportation management of emergency facility, this paper designs transportation program,implements location monitoring and transport visualization. Based on this, it provides transport program decision, optimizes the transportation routes using path optimization algorithm; achieves vehicle terminal monitoring using GPS; completes visualizing mark with Google Maps API.By which, it solves the problem of how to transport emergency facility rapidly.In summary, the system researches on the problem of allocation and transport management of emergency facility, completes the assignment of emergency facility, optimizes transport routes and achieves positioning and monitoring of the vehicle terminal. Meanwhile, implements visual display using Google Maps API, It has some practical significance to logistics emergency.
