At nowadays informational society,with the development of network and information,information technology brings us high efficiency and convenience to work and life.At the same time,the problems of the security and management for information appears.Whether in government agencies or in enterprises,the output of electronic documents in form of paper and disc media has grown increasingly.However in the aspects of output,usage,circulation and collection,the information of these carriers is lack of comprehensive monitoring,auditing and statistics.Then the risk of information leakage is enhanced.Therefore,it is urgent to take effective controling measures for printers and CD burners.In view of the problem of information security and the problems of printing and burning management,this paper has researched and designed Print and Burn Monitoring and Auditing System on the basis of the enterprise's existing office application scene and technology implementation.As the core design idea of "advance prevention,process monitoring,post audit",it mainly analyses the identity authentication,data center and the main business process of the system.In order to improve the working efficiency of the enterprise,the system needs to construct the basic terminal configuration centralized management mechanism,realize the virtual print-related configuration centralized management,and lay the foundation for realizing the centralized management of all configuration on the client terminal.In the development of automatic update functions,a mechanism has been established to automatically deploy upgrades to clients on the Web side through setting policies.On this basis,the core of this development is to expand the setting policy deployment program and push arbitrary updating data to the customer terminal through setting policies.Its core technology includes three parts: automatic update function extension,terminal information management function and configuration centralized management function.The design and implementation of this system have improved the centralized and standardized management of document output through technical means,improved the security of document output,effectively realized the full life cycle management of output documents,and effectively promoted the construction of the information security management system of the internal secret carrier.From the view of actual operation effect,it has achieved effective control of enterprise printers and recorders,real name authentication and swipe card output,two-dimensional code uniqueness and printing content tamper-proof functions,and achieved the expected design targets.In the basis of the current research,this system can also carry out more in-depth research and improvement in printing output control,real-time printing CD-ROM burn labels and automatic distribution of approvers.In this way,the enterprise can strictly control the printing and recording output of documents.And at the same time it can maximize the work efficiency of the enterprise users,so as to achieve the maximum work convenience for the enterprise on the basis of meeting the requirements of confidential management.
