Design And Implementation Of The Contract Life-Cycle Information Management

Contract management process begins with negotiation, drafting, signing and entering into force, until the contracts invalid. The management before signing is as important as which is after signing. All departments whose bill relating to the contract terms must work together to manage. Changing circumstances during the whole process of compliance should be focused, especially the changes against themselves. Contract should be modified, changed, supplemented, suspended or terminated in time.Long-term goal of enterprise-class contract management module should focus on integrating contract management requirements from the various departments of the company and building a complete, peer-to-peer integrated and sharing contract management processes, which is a necessary means to effectively improve the overall level of the service of a unified information platform and necessary to meet SOX, financial centralized management and enterprise risk control.Contract information management is based on the establishment of IT and utilizes advanced modern enterprise management ideas, to provide enterprises with policy-making, planning, control and management performance evaluation of a full range of systematic contract management. Contract management system is mainly based on collaborative products business management and takes the internal demand, purchasing management, supplier management, receivables management and business process as a close connection of the collaboration chain systems. Using the full integration of modeling techniques, enterprise information management is divided into several interrelated collaborative operation support subsystem, effectively manage all aspects of the collaboration chain.International advanced enterprises have established management platform to support various types of end-to-end system platform to achieve a uniform contract management process, standard contract terms and templates, standardized execution of the contract control and oversight, contract laws and regulations of the shared management structured contract data management, forward-looking contract payment funds demand forecasts, and related systems to achieve effective integration.This paper discusses the design ideas and implementation of the contract life-cycle information management. The author chaired the daily work of the design and implementation of the contract management system for China Mobile Tianjin, as well as system operation and maintenance.
