| As a concept emerging in the web2.0 era,UGC has become one of the focus of academic research.It is generally short for user-generated content.UGC emphasizes open and usable ability,varying degrees of innovation on the web platform,and content created by ordinary users.Users' active participation in content creation is mainly due to their psychological needs of identity and group affiliation,social entertainment and learning desire.The emergence of UGC has had a profound impact on the way and technical means of traditional news report.It has improved the user's subject consciousness,broken the duopoly of channels and content of traditional media,and changed the marketing and profit model of social organizations.With the further prosperity of online social platforms and the active "opinion leaders" using these platforms,social network source has gradually entered the vision of mainstream news media.Social network source is higher frequency and larger proportion to use in emergency report,because emergencies sometimes leads to sudden,severe conflict among stakeholders,coupled with the emergency is without aura,accidental,and has no correlation characteristics,so it's hard to make preparation for emergencies,especially some social security incident prevention.For journalism,it's more difficult to do planning and preparation in advance.Therefore,journalists often need to refer to the content on social network platforms when reporting emergencies.The use of social network sources in emergency reports can not only guide news media to pay more attention to public opinion,but also enrich news reporting materials,broaden news reporting channels,and promote news media and relevant institutions to continuously optimize the verification mechanism of social network sources,so as to create a more healthy and efficient environment for the use of social network sources.At the same time,improper use of social network sources in emergency reports may also lead to the following problems: firstly,news reversal may affect the credibility of news media reports;secondly,the use of fake social media sources may lead to violence of public opinion and ultimately affect the objectivity and impartiality of reports,thirdly,fragmented information and emotionalexpression aggravate the phenomenon of online consumption issues.,finally,improper use of social network sources may lead to the spread of rumors and gossips.The use of social network sources in news reports is an effective and sometimes inevitable way of emergency reporting.In order to maintain the professionalism and authority of news reports while using social network sources,the following points should be achieved: firstly,learn to distinguish "true" news from "false" news;secondly,to grasp the balance between "click rate" and professionalism;thirdly,attention should be paid to the possible legal transformation of rights;finally,pay attention to the balance between ethics and news report.It is not only the responsibility of news media organizations and all their employees,but also the responsibility of the relevant functional departments of the state and the general public to optimize the use of social network sources in emergency reporting,so as to make them play a greater role in reporting and help the news media to complete reporting tasks better and faster.For the relevant functional departments of the state,relevant laws and regulations should be improved and updated in a timely manner to provide a strong institutional guarantee for fresh and healthy reporting and discussing environment.At the same time,the departments should do a good job in information disclosure of major social emergencies,so as to safeguard the sustainable development of news reporting.For ordinary people,they should play the dual roles of "public" and "user".As a "user",they should improve their media literacy and information discrimination ability.As a "public",they should always have a sense of social responsibility,reasonably express their demands and deliver positive energy. |
