Study On The Ethical Dilemmas And Countermeasures Of Social News Reports

News report is the channel for people to understand the world, the news report way affects the way people perceive the world.People get information from news reports, and then make a decision, that is to say, people live in a pseudo-environment forged by news reports.From this we can see the remarkable importance of news reports.Accompanied by the deepening of reform and opening up, people’s lifestyle and values orientation have undergone a tremendous change. Along with "news is a special commodity"concept prevails, the social news started to gain attention, together with the political news,economical news, science and education news,are considered the four pillars of news content.However in practice, social news reports still face lots of selection dilemmas,such as once a person drowning, should the reporter first rescue or first photographe,while some dilemmas are on the verge of morality and law.Faced with this complex world, "how to do good" problem is not only for the jourlists but also for the mass, which is the purpose of this article.In this paper, the first part discusses the news ethics research status at home and abroad, the second part as the theoretical foundation of this paper,clarify the two concepts of ethics and news ethics,and introduces the four ethical standards of western philosophy.In the third part, the author analyzes the four forms of journalism ethics dilemmas,and attempt to explore the deep cause of media ethical dilemmas.In the fourth part, the author firstly analyzes the familiar "see you Monday"eventwith the classical theories of Western scholars, "Potter Box"and "Burke model".In addition, the author points out the deficiency of these patterns, and reference to the concept "media credibility",which was put foward by professor Jiang Zuosu. From four dimensions,the author analyzes the way to resolve ethical dilemmas.During the worktime in the media, the author often find the offside phenomenon, as well as the internal evaluation mechanism is not sound, which directly affect the daily report activities. After being the postgraduate, the author is committed to find the source of the problem from the theory, trying to explore a way of ethics construction which accords with the actual situation of China.The case analytic method is the main research technique of this paper, the author adopts multitudinous cases to creat a combination of theory and practice,so that to provides the benefit for renewing thinking mode and instructing practice.
