Research On Report Of Emergency Incidents In Wechat Official Platform Of News

Nowadays,Internet has exert a huge influence on the fields of news communication.The innovation of news closely linked with the development of Internet technology,including the update of the production of news,the change of the habit of news audience,and the remodeling of state of newsmen.Among them,a social Internet media named WeChat was emerged,which had epoch-making historical significance.Many functions of WeChat are congenital fit for emergency network coverage,which makes it being an important source of information and a power source of information,and further enhancing the speed and breadth of transmission.However,beside the advantages,there are still some problems need to be solved.This paper focuses on the three major aspects,including presentation and presentation of news,the news producers,the limitations of the WeChat platform itself,and conducts in-depth research on the news reports of WeChat in emergencies.Firstly,using the content analysis method,we took an example of a typical WeChat official accounts named "Tencent News",and selected 168 emergency news reports of "Tencent News" to data analysis through the basic statistics,the presentation and presentation of news reports,and the interaction between the transmission,which contains some comparative analysis between a small amount of different official accounts of WeChat.Secondly,using depth interview,Tencent news staff,other media workers and audiences were in-depth interviewed.It gave some insight into the actual operation in emergency so that we could analyze the reasons of deficiencies,and testify the analysis of data.The results show that,there are some problems in the presentation and presentation of news of WeChat,such as: the brief "event-based" news reports,the lack of relevant scientific knowledge,the higher frequency titles with dramatic words,the agenda with a low continuity.As for news producers,there are some issues like lack of experience,low interaction with the audiences,and no public opinion guidance.In terms of the current technology of WeChat,there are some problems such as too large background authority production subject,weak ability to identify rumors,difficulty in breaking,and the incomplete presentation of the news.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of news reports in emergencies of WeChat from the perspective of news production and platform technology of WeChat,and points out the shortcomings and prospects of this paper.
