| With the advent of the mobile Internet era,various social applications have sprung up,and their influence on various aspects of society has become more widespread.This influence is no exception in university libraries.More and more university libraries are beginning to use social media to provide services,which includes not only many basic services,but also various characteristic services.University libraries can provide users with convenient mobile library services through social platforms such as Microblog and WeChat,and user satisfaction will continue to rise.Microblog and WeChat platforms also promote the communication between university libraries and teachers and students.University libraries can make use of this opportunity to understand the actual needs of users and provide a good direction for the library's next development strategy.Users can also have a deeper understanding of the library's resources and services,and the distance from the library is also constantly approaching.In this way,the utilization rate of resources will be increased and the rational utilization of resources will be realized.However,as two different applications,Microblog and WeChat have different functional characteristics.Only by making rational use of the respective characteristics of these two platforms,putting forward pertinent development strategies,finding out the problems in the development of micro-services in university libraries,and providing better services for users,can the service level of university libraries be improved continuously.Therefore,starting with the two representative social media,Microblog and WeChat,this paper conducts a systematic investigation and research.Taking public university libraries in Anhui Province as the object of investigation,this paper investigates the current situation of the service of Microblog and WeChat in University Libraries in Anhui Province,and makes statistics and analysis based on relevant data,summarizes the problems in the process of using Microblog and WeChat in University Libraries in Anhui Province,and Reasons and suggestions to promote the further improvement of their mobile service level.This paper is divided into 4 parts,which analyzes the status quo of Microblog and WeChat services in University Libraries in Anhui Province step by step.The first chapter is the introduction part of the article,which analyzes the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes the research status of Microblog and WeChat at home and abroad according to the relevant literature,and introduces the related concepts,research ideas and methods,and innovations of the paper.The second chapter is the investigation of the current situation of Microblog and WeChat services in University Libraries in Anhui Province.The original information of the account is obtained through the network survey.With the help of the Qingbo big data platform,the WeChat account is crawled,and the Python web crawler is used again to crawl the relevant microblog account page.Combined with the data acquired manually,the paper investigates and analyzes the service status of Microblog and WeChat in University Libraries in Anhui Province from four aspects:opening situation,operation status,service content and interaction status,and summarizes the service status quo.The third chapter is the problem analysis part.Combined with the previous investigation,it expounds the problems of Microblog and WeChat services in University Libraries in Anhui Province,and through the analysis of their shortcomings,it promotes the grasp of the overall situation of micro-services in university libraries in Anhui Province.The fourth chapter is the solution part.In response to the problems in the process of Microblog and WeChat services of university libraries in Anhui Province,the paper proposes to improve the opening rate,attach importance to propaganda,maintain the volume of publications,improve the originality rate,establish a micro-service team,pay attention to the construction of micro-platform content,improve the frequency of interaction with users,formulate integrated development strategies and define the division of labor between Microblog and WeChat,and give specific examples on relevant recommendations,with a view to promoting the further improvement of the micro-service level of University Libraries in Anhui Province.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part,which summarizes the main conclusions of the paper,points out the shortcomings of the paper,and looks forward to the future research direction. |
