overall national development.Sci-tech Novelty Search(referred to as Novelty Search)is a kind of information consulting work that uses literature resources as the basis for searching to provide novelty verification for scientific research projects.Relying on the abundant literature resources,many universities rely on libraries to set up scientific and technological novelty search workstations to carry out scientific and technological novelty search and consultation work for users inside and outside the school.The scientific and technological novelty search has become a postcard for the external services of university libraries.University libraries have also played an increasingly important role in supporting the development of science and technology and promoting the progress of science and technology.This article takes the undergraduate university libraries in Anhui Province as the research object,and investigates the current situation of the development of scientific and
