| At present,mobile Internet has entered a stage of comprehensive development due to advances in technology,and mobile terminals are also becoming increasingly popular.Mobile communication technologies and mobile Internet technologies provide technical support and hardware support for mobile information services.Traditional libraries have gradually been replaced by mobile library,and the innovation and development of the mobile library has ushered in the most appropriate time.However,most mobile library service models are relatively simple,and the user base is not large.The reason for this phenomenon is the dispersion of mobile library resources and the less access to resources.Therefore,the diversification of the development of mobile library service model is the main direction of library research.SoLoMo is a new concept born in the new environment and new background.The SoLoMo concept is Social Socialization,Local Localization,and Mobile Mobile.It aims to provide services for mobile terminal users in combination with social networking and localization services,and build a powerful communication platform for the public and libraries.The new service model of SoLoMo will bring users a more personalized and diverse mobile library service experience.This paper will explore the satisfaction of public service in mobile library from the perspective of SoLoMo concept and public satisfaction,and find the shortcomings of mobile library service based on SoLoMo concept and propose improvement measures based on the research results,in order to move the library's in-depth research provides a reference.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,we analyze and determine 15 factors affecting the public service satisfaction of mobile libraries under the SoLoMo concept,including personalized services,collection resource navigation systems,service evaluation,electronic resource types,preference groups and so on.Then combined with AHP to determine the weights of the influencing factors,finally build an evaluation model.Secondly,the public's satisfaction with the mobile library service under the SoLoMo concept and the analysis of the survey results show that the satisfaction of each indicator is not much different and the degree of satisfaction is just qualified.The rating of mobile service satisfaction ranks first in three dimensions,social service satisfaction is second,and localized service satisfaction is the lowest of the three dimensions.Thirdly,it proposes countermeasures for the problems existing in the mobile library service under the SoLoMo concept,strengthens the integration of digital resources in mobile libraries,increases the interactive channels of social service exchange,develops mobile library application based on location services,and improves the Personalized service features on concept of SoLoMo. |
