With the development of information technology and intelligent mobile terminal, we ushered in the SoLoMo era, it changed the way of user’s consumer behavior, and influenced on information acquisition and transmission. SoLoMo applied in the library, changing the relationship between library and users, expanding the service scope, making services more social, local, and mobile, So SoLoMo will become the pronoun of wisdom library. With the development of mobile internet technology, medical library is faced with unprecedented challenges. On one hand, with the rapid development of medical science and medical pattern transformation, the user’s demand continued to deepen,the service concept and mode of medical library under unprecedented impact, on the other hand, institutions arises at the historic moment, and the wide use of search engines, information user less and less use the library, medical library is no longer the only channel of acquiring information. In order to get long -term survival of keeping pace with the times, medical library must focus on the user’s satisfaction, always give top priority to the need of user, aiming to get user’s emotional identification. Only concentrating on service marking, medical library obtain competitive advantage and improve the competitiveness of the fundamental means. Traditional medical library just simply copy the enterprise, the service marketing and mode is passive and monotonous, has not adapt to the development of the mobile internet era. SoLoMo attaches great importance to the people’s participation enhance the user’s experience, embedded in the user’s information environment in the form of happiness, it is SoLoMo value and advantage of the application in the library. Thus, medical library keep up with the development of the times, it has to seize the SoLoMo, set up the marketing idea of user centered, change passive service to active service, strengthen librarians’internal marketing and use the mobile internet technology from three aspects to create social, local, mobile marketing service mode, improve social benefits.This paper expounds the connotation of the concept of SoLoMo, understands the change of medical library users’information demand through the questionnaire survey way, as well as the feasibility analysis of SoLoMo Marketing model, aims at providing explosive force of new marketing model for medical library. The research mainly revolve around the following aspects:First, carry on the library service marketing theory achievement and practical experience in the domestic and foreign medical SoLoMo era, summed up the innovation points of this topic. The second, parsing the meaning of SoLoMo, as well as the influence on medical library, including the opportunities and challenges. The third, the introduction of the library SoLoMo marketing concept and the service survey. Including the library marketing concept, marketing theory development and medical library service object and positioning analysis the necessity of introducing SoLoMo concept into medical libraries. The fourth, the medical library how to research service marketing strategy in SoLoMo era.The purpose of this selected topic research is to adapt to the development of SoLoMo environment, better meet the demand of users and enhance medical library image. Medical library will be introduced to the SoLoMo concept of service marketing, innovation of marketing strategy. Make the library service has the characteristic of social, local and mobile. Put forward reference for medical library service marketing strategy in the new period. Research ethod is questionnaire survey, aiming at some problems of medical library service marketing. analysing the necessity and feasibility of medical library SoLoMo marketing, and from what respect innovation marketing strategy.
