Research On Public Library Service Marketing Based On SOLOMO Model

With the development of society and a series of innovations brought by science and technology,mobile terminals are becoming more and more popular,and the degree of intelligence is becoming higher and higher.SOLOMO mode is closer to people's life.The emergence of SOLOMO mode not only has an impact on people's traditional behavior,but also has an important impact on users' access and dissemination of information resources.As SOLOMO is widely used in the social from all walks of life,pay attention to the field of library in this model,the influence of and actively explore how to apply SOLOMO in the library,changing the traditional one-way interaction between library and readers at the same time,also can effectively improve the quality of service of the library,library services,library services is more social,localization,and the features of mobile library's development in the direction of the intelligent library.This paper first summarizes the theory of SOLOMO and library service marketing,and introduces the influence of SOLOMO on library and the application of SOLOMO in library.Secondly,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the situation that Jinjiang library uses SOLOMO to carry out service marketing.At the same time,it conducts an in-depth analysis on the service marketing mode of SOLOMO in the library,and finds out the problems existing in the current library service marketing.Finally,by analyzing the results of questionnaire and interview,and combining with practice,the paper gives the public library service marketing strategy in SOLOMO mode,which provides a new thinking direction for the public library service marketing.
