Simulation Research On The Value Creation For Platform-type Business Model

Business model is the way and means of enterprise operation,and the fundamental embodiment of the difference between enterprise and other enterprises,which is used to explain the specific enterprise logic.Nowadays,different business models have created many different enterprises that affect people's lifestyle in various aspects.The competition of enterprises often means the competition of business models.If an enterprise has a good business model,half of its success will be guaranteed.Platform business model is one of the most influential business models.At present,60% of the world's well-known enterprises use platform business model,and70% of Unicorns with an estimated value of more than 1 billion yuan use platform business model.This has made many other types of enterprises see the hope of success,have learned and emulated.However,because many enterprises blindly change their business model and know little about the operation connotation of platform business model,they have not succeeded as scheduled and created greater value for enterprises;moreover,the current academic circles have not paid too much attention to the development process and dynamic evolution of platform business model,have too little elaboration on its inherent elements and interrelationship,and have not managed enterprises and some management.It is difficult for managers to use business models to guide the success of enterprises.Starting from the mechanism of value creation of platform-based business model,this paper explores the internal factors of platform-based business model and the relationship between them,uses the method of system dynamics modeling to analyze,finds out the value motivation affecting platform-based business model,and provides some reference for the development process and dynamic evolution of platform-based business model,so as to provide enterprises with reference.Industry and investors use platform-based business model to achieve development and provide some reference.Through literature review and analysis,this paper studies the platform-based business model from the perspective of value creation,defines the value creation by the index of enterprise capability,and draws the internal causality factor map of the platform-based business model by using Vensim software,and expounds theprofitability process of the platform-based business model.Then,on the basis of causality diagram,we improve it,distinguish the nature of variables,and introduce the concept of delay time,so as to display the feedback structure of the system more accurately and draw the stock flow diagram.Then,according to the characteristics of different variables in the flow chart,the equations are set up and the data are introduced to model the system dynamics.Among them,the data were searched through the Oriental Wealth Network and the database,and finally the financial data of Suning Easy-to-Buy Company for 14-17 years were determined and modeled by substituting the data.The validity of the system is verified after the system dynamics modeling is completed,and the key influencing factors of the platform business model are analyzed from the perspective of value creation.Through scenario simulation analysis,it can be concluded that enhancing consumer loyalty,expanding enterprise visibility and enhancing customer repurchase rate are the key points of enterprise development,which can be improved from improving product quality,scientific management of repurchase group,and personalized marketing.Meanwhile,the ability of income conversion has a relatively large impact on enterprise ability,and can be used to rebate dealers,promotional policies and other methods.Enterprises should pay attention to the input of operating unit costs,indirectly improve their capabilities through advertising,online promotion,strategic increase of employee welfare,and increase allowances.
