China's economic development and mode of production had undergone dramatic changes,with enterprises by occupying resources and expanding capacity giving way to technological innovation,value chain innovation and business model innovation.Digital reading was an important segment of the digital economy.By 2018,China's digital reading market had reached 25.45 billion yuan,with a total of 432 million digital reading users.However,with the gradual dissipation of the demographic dividend of mobile Internet,digital reading enterprises were faced with the growth dilemma of user growth slowing down,pan-entertainment competition,service mode changes and other aspects.There had been many studies on business model and value co-creation,but few theoretical studies on the path and effect between business model and enterprise value co-creation,and even fewer empirical studies on the combination of sample analysis,especially on the digital reading industry.In the era of Internet,how did enterprises differ from the past in innovative ideas,innovative ideas and innovative methods in order to win in the competition was a problem that both the industry and enterprises must solve.The previous studies only analyzed how to realize innovation from the enterprise side,but only stopped at this can not adapt to the current market environment of competition.Enterprises were in urgent need of reshaping the value of products and channels,and cooperating with upstream and downstream to carry out business model innovation.This paper broadens the theoretical width of business model innovation of digital reading enterprises.At the same time,it enriches the research content of business model innovation practice of digital reading enterprises to some extent and provides reference for the follow-up researchers.Taking M-reading company as an example,this paper gives theoretical guidance and practical analysis to digital reading enterprises on how to carry out business model innovation and finally achieve the goal of the value co-creation.By using case empirical analysis,it obtains some practical principles,which have important guiding significance for the transformation and innovative development of enterprise digital reading: The first is to find the strategy suitable for the development of digital reading enterprise strategy,to provide the enterprise with new ideas and decision-making reference;The second is to provide enterprises with transformation and upgrading and business model innovation can realize the path,further enhance the value of enterprises.
