Research On Cloud Accounting Process Reengineering Under Big Data

With the development of modern technology,the extensive application of the Internet and the arrival of big data age,the unprecedented changes of business processes have taken place in all aspects,including production,transaction links,and business data.Based on the above changes in business processes,whether the accounting process adapts to the new business characteristics becomes a question that needs to be considered.Accounting process is the key to the work,a direct impact on business management activities,and changing the accounting process to meet the characteristics of the times,is the development trend of accounting process.In the big data environment,the storage and mining of many types of business data becomes a technical problem,and cloud computing is a feasible way to solve this problem.Cloud computing under the accounting work,that cloud accounting,with its advantages in the new era more and more welcomed by the enterprise financial construction,it is necessary to rethink the accounting process with the technical thinking of cloud accounting.This paper first discusses the shortcomings of the previous accounting process under the new business process from the new characteristics of the business process in the modern technology and the Internet environment.Combined with the principles of cloud accounting and application value,it is imperative to reconstruct large cloud data accounting process.After that,under the guidance of human theory,information system theory and synergetics theory,the paper constructs the cloud accounting theory system under the big data,and the accounting process is constructed by using the key technologies such as Internet,Internet of Things and cloud computing.The reconciled accounting process includes several aspects of data acquisition,processing,storage,output and analysis.In the cloud accounting conditions,a variety of economic activities related to the data are included in the treatment,including structured data and unstructured data.In addition,collaboration between departments is critical,and everyone involved in the process should be involved in large data acquisition and analysis.Finally,through the ZTE's accounting process reengineering,discusses the application of process reengineering.This paper argues that the application of the accounting process must be based on the actual business and technical conditions of the enterprise,so that the new accounting process to play a practical role.
