Research Of The Construction Of Big Data Accounting Analysis Platform Based On Cloud Computing

In the era of big data, the most important resource for enterprises could be data, information and knowledge. With the huge amounts of data growth in internal and external enterprise, the great value for enterprise brought from the big data accounting processing and analysis, which can help enterprise adapt to the dynamic economic environment. However, the disadvantages of traditional accounting information system grow when facing to the needs of mining the value of accounting data. Under the influence of high cost, low efficiency and long period of construction, the traditional accounting information system cannot get and dig knowledge from massive accounting data in internal and external enterprise to provide enterprise managers a scientific basis to management decisions. So this paper use the top information technology--cloud computing, building a more efficient big data accounting analysis platform. It can not only provide theoretical basis for perfecting accounting theory system, but provide practical significance to strengthen the key competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly, this paper introduces the most popular research in the accounting information field and application status at home and abroad. And it expounds system theory, the big data accounting, online accounting information, cloud computing and other related theories and key technology, to build the theoretical base and technical support for the big data accounting analysis platform based on cloud computing. Secondly, through the study on the current situation of the traditional accounting information system, this paper finds out that it difficult to cope with many challenges. So this paper puts forward to build a big data accounting analysis platform based on cloud computing. After that, the platform has many functions, such as comprehensive financial analysis, comprehensive financial monitoring, comprehensive financial decision-making, comprehensive financial forecasting functions and so on. Combined with platform construction principles, the framework of platform and specifically construct accounting data acquisition, storage, analysis, and security module are designed. In order to improve the relevance guarantee of accounting information’s quality, big data accounting which is useful to the enterprise management is collected from internal and external enterprise in the acquisition module. In order to ensure the safety of enterprise business secret, the idea of building a accounting data sharing center and implementing hierarchical storage of the data is proposed in the storage module. Basing on the analysis methods of descriptive analysis, rules analysis and decision-making analysis, big data accounting can be analyzed efficiently in this regularity analysis module. In security module, cloud computing security guarantee mechanism is introduced to guarantee the big data accounting in intact and security. After constructing the platform, evaluation indexes are proposed to help improve the platform to build. Finally, this paper introduces S enterprise as an example, analyzes the shortcomings of traditional accounting information system, and further puts forward the application of big data accounting analysis platform based on cloud computing, then to evaluate the effect of the application platform and prove the superiority of the platform.The value of this paper is:first, introducing the big data theory into the construction of accounting information system, expanding the connotation of accounting data, enriching the theory of accounting information system, and comply with the accounting information development trend. Secondly, combined with the needs of enterprise, this paper builds the overall framework and operation mode of platform, provides new ideas to strengthen the accounting information disclosure in time, improve the quality of accounting information, help enterprise managers make decision effectively and achieve the low cost accounting control of the enterprise.
