A Study On Enterprise Overall Budget Management Based On Cloud Accounting

Total budget management plays an important role in enterprise forecasting and planning,because it can be used as the strategic value orientation of enterprise management.However,due to the tedious budget management process of enterprises,the time line of the budget has been extended,and the business and financial accounting departments in the budget have been disjoined,leading to the difficulty in guaranteeing the real-time cost budget.Nowadays,With the rapid development of information management technology,the rapid development of budget accounting information has brought opportunities to enterprises.With the development of network infrastructure and computer software technology,enterprises can use cloud accounting data real-time transmission technology to process and transform data,on the basis of the data security improve data sharing and sharing time greatly save the business and the financial department of human resources,promote the enterprise integration.Based on the literature review of comprehensive budget performance management as a breakthrough point,the overall budget cost management work related references according to the "strategic" and "dynamic" reasonable classification,introduces the characteristics of the comprehensive budget management information and function framework,this paper traces the accounting information,this paper introduces the concept of cloud accounting,describe the cloud accounting framework.From the perspective of theoretical research,this paper analyzes the application ability of cloud accounting in comprehensively improving budget performance management.lists the shortcomings of the traditional culture in comprehensively developing budget cost management and the advantages of cloud accounting,explains the complementarity and applicability of the two,and builds a comprehensive budget information management system model under cloud accounting on this basis.From the practical point of view,taking the education and training enterprise P enterprise comprehensive budget management system as an example,through the analysis of its comprehensive budget management body,process and content,extract the problems existing in its overall budget management.This paper analyzes the feasibility of cloud accounting applied to P enterprise's overall budget management from internal and external perspectives.With the support of cloud accounting information platform,a new comprehensive budget performance management system can be designed for the enterprise.Finally,from the perspective of financial integration,management by objectives theory and process optimization theory,this paper analyzes the expected implementation effect of P enterprise cloud accounting comprehensive budget management.
