Since the beginning of the new century,the explosive growth of new media has brought tremendous impact to traditional media.The traditional media represented by newspapers is experiencing an unprecedented crisis of survival.In such a tough situation,traditional media people are also struggling to think about where the traditional media is going,and have made positive attempts to do so,whether it is the formation of the newspaper group or the"two micro-ends".Trying,or the central kitchen model that will be mentioned in this paper,can be seen as a positive practice of traditional media people.Nowadays,media integration is the focus of attention,whether from academics or industry,national level or market level.The central kitchen is also the latest attempt of media integration and transformation in recent years.From the central-level media represented by the People's Daily and Xinhua News Agency to the media at the provincial,city,and county levels,they have already built a central kitchen that meets their actual conditions and consolidate their influence.This article focuses on the China Youth Daily,through the author's own personal experience and daily observations,records and analyzes the daily operation of the China Youth Daily's central kitchen,and tries to summarize its central kitchen through interviews and daily communication with internal staff.Development characteristics.The transformation of China Youth Daily began in 2014.At that time,h5 technology was just beginning to emerge.Young employees inside China Youth Daily also began to use h5 technology to produce news products.After receiving satisfactory feedback from users,The senior leaders of China Youth Daily put more attention on the innovation of this kind of news performance,and began to promote the production of h5 products actively in various departments within the newspaper.In 2015,in order to further promote the integration process within the newspaper,the All Media Coordination Center was formally established in the same year,responsible for coordinating the reporting work of different departments in major events;after nearly three years of integration experience,2017 In March,China Youth Daily officially launched a central kitchen with youth characteristics-"Flourish Kitchen".Since its establishment,"French Media Kitchen"has received more than 200 domestic media surveys.In the internship,the author found that the content of "Finnish Kitchen"is very young.Since the target users of China Youth Daily are mainly located in the youth group,in the production of the content of"Flourish Kitchen",they will focus on topics of interest to young people and produce products that are popular among youth groups.On the basis of the trend of technology development,from h5 to live broadcast to mv,short video,etc.,constantly in accordance with changes in user preferences,open a new form of communication,and constantly attract users'attention;in addition,"melting small In the course of operation,the kitchen adheres to the operation principle of "department-led,three-end integration".In the important integration report,a department leads the different departments to work together to produce different forms of news products in the newspapers and pcs.Pushing on the mobile and mobile terminals has produced a large number of content boutiques and dissemination paradigms since the operation of"Flourish Kitchen".This article mainly discusses the reasons why the China Youth Daily wants to establish a central kitchen model.The article explores the reasons for the development of the central kitchen,the transformation and transformation,and the media's own situation.The third chapter mainly summarizes the iconic fusion report of"Finnish Kitchen"from its establishment to the present,and analyzes its growth path.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the operation mechanism of"Flushing Kitchen",which is set from platform and organization respectively.The three parts of the operational mechanism are analyzed;and the fifth chapter summarizes the characteristics of the China Youth Daily's"Flourish Kitchen".The research shows that"Flourish Kitchen"is based on its own actual conditions and strives to embark on a unique transformational transformation path.Although there are still many problems in the actual operation process,it is traditional media from the perspective of media practice.The transformation provides a way out for reference.
