| Socialized services are not only the needs of the development of university libraries,but also the advocacy of national policies and the call of public.University libraries not only have complete disciplines,strong professionalism,diversified forms of literature information resources and perfect technical equipment,but also introduce high-quality,professional and experienced human resources,which provide guarantee for the development of social services.At present,the researches on the socialized service of university libraries are mostly confined to the discussion of current situation and individual cases.The research level is general and single,and there are few studies on the cognition of librarians and the satisfaction of social users.This paper takes ZZU Library as an example to carry out an empirical study from the perspective of using digital resources to carry out socialized service in University libraries,in order to provide new ideas to "serve the society".This research is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which specifically elaborates the background,significance,research review at home and abroad,research content,research methods and innovations.The second part explains in detail the relevant concepts of using digital resources to carry out socialized service in university libraries,including service objects,service modes,etc.,and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility.The third part introduces in detail the current situation of ZZU Library using digital resources to develop social services.The fourth part carries out a questionnaire survey from two levels of librarians' cognition and readers' satisfaction,and makes a thorough study of ZZU Library's use of digital resources to carry out social services.The fifth part,through the above two parts,finds the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures.The sixth part summarizes the research,points out the shortcomings,and puts forward the future research prospects. |
