The Design And Implement For Management System Of Virtual Account Of Group

The State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) launched nine measuresto reform the foreign funds management of multinational corporations. By theexisting legal frame of commissioned loans, the multinational corporations areadmitted to centralized mange the foreign exchange inside the country with daysconcentrated exchange position. The SAFE launched the Foreign Exchange VirtualAccount Management System (FEVAMS) for centralized management of exchangeposition. This thesis analyzed, described and realized the FEVAMS.The FEVAMS combined B/S structure and Spring structure-the advancedtechnology of JAVA-after having compared C/S and B/S structures. Spring structureprovides a flexible and extensible MVC realization which is good at dependencyinjection and AOP.The requirement of the system was analyzed, including function and dataanalysis of foreign exchange system after the structure was decided. According to therequirement of the system definition and operation flow of the creation, usage andcancellation of foreign exchange virtual accounts, the system was overall and detaileddesigned and realized.The FEVAMS is used to monitor and mange the cash flow inside the Groups,provides a exchange management platform when the Group cannot or is not willing tocreate individual bank account for business sector.The client appreciates the accuracy, safety and quickness of the FEVAMS,which made us more confident about the further extension and application of thesystem.
