| After more than 60 years of construction and development,China has formed a scientific and technological intelligence system with our own characteristics.Sci-tech intelligence institutions are an important part of China's scientific and technological innovation system.Provincial sci-tech intelligence institutions are the backbone and supporting force of China's scientific and technological intelligence industry.In the context of economic and social development driven by scientific and technological innovation,sci-tech intelligence agencies are faced with severe external environmental challenges and internal reform pressures.For a long time,the academic community's attention to sci-tech intelligence agencies has focused on their practice of intelligence services,ignoring the academic research role of sci-tech intelligence agencies.As a Result,few studies was about the academic achievements of sci-tech intelligence agencies.However,the fact is that there are a large number of highly educated researchers working in various sci-tech intelligence agencies.These researchers publish a large number of academic papers in different academic journals every year.The academic researches of sci-tech intelligence agencies should not be ignored.Academic research,especially intelligence research,is complementary to the practice of intelligence services.High-quality research results are derived from business practices,which can at the same time sublimate the thinking and harvest in the process of business practices,promote the dissemination and exchange of new methods and knowledge,and thus better serve the science and technology information industry.Based on the academic journal papers presented by 31 provincial-level sci-tech intelligence agencies in mainland China between 2008 and 2018,this paper regards all provincial-level sci-tech intelligence agencies as a whole,and explores the research status of them by conducting bibliometric analysis and subject analysis on the journal papers of provincial-level sci-tech intelligence agencies.Bibliometric analysis helps to know and understand the quantity,quality,distribution of journal fields,high quality and cited literatures,and hot keywords of the overall academic papers.LDA subject modeling of core journals helps to find the hot research points of provincial sci-tech intelligence institutions.Also,the research topics concerned by mainstream library and information industry were compared and analyzed,to explore the similarities and differences between them.Based on the above analysis,relevant conclusions are drawn to provide reasonable Suggestions for the future development of provincial sci-tech intelligence institutions,and provide references for the provincial sci-tech intelligence institutions to cope with challenges in the new era and achieve upgrading and transformation. |
