| Since the HPV vaccine was first approved to enter the Chinese market on July 8,2016,it has aroused widespread concern,and people’s demand for HPV vaccine information has become increasingly strong.Relevant reports emerge in endlessly,and opinions from all walks of life flock to us.The news about HPV vaccine has also become a hot topic.With the rapid development of Internet technology,the Q&A community platform has become an important way for the public to acquire,share and disseminate knowledge.The Q&A community platform can not only reflect users’ information needs for a topic,but also reflect users’ emotional tendencies under that topic.Among them,Zhihu,as the largest question-and-answer online community in China,attracts a large number of users to conduct information search and exchange on the platform.In order to query the information about HPV vaccine,the public usually use the Q&A community for knowledge acquisition.Therefore,the Q&A community can be used to explore the public’s demand for HPV vaccine information,obtain the user’s emotional tendencies under various themes of HPV vaccine,and then put forward suggestions to improve the HPV vaccine coverage rate.This paper first analyzes the literature data in the two research fields of "HPV vaccine" and "Q&A community",uses the bibliometric method to visually display the relevant content,sort out the research focus of the relevant content,and provide a theoretical basis for subsequent text mining.Secondly,the LDA model is used for topic mining.Through the degree of confusion,the number of topics is determined,and the information needs of users in the community for HPV vaccine are determined.The research finds that the user needs are concentrated in seven aspects: vaccination taboo and interval time,vaccine reservation and prevention,vaccine safety,vaccination age and vaccination effect,mixed vaccination,vaccine type and difference,and vaccination policy.On this basis,the emotional tendency of text data is studied by using the emotional analysis method.This experiment takes the user response text under the topic of HPV vaccine in Zhihu platform as the research object.There are many specialized words in the field of HPV vaccine.Therefore,this study takes How Net dictionary of How Net and NTUSD dictionary of Taiwan University as the general dictionary,and builds a "HPV vaccine" exclusive domain dictionary on this basis,which improves the accuracy of emotional analysis.Then,the emotional score of the text is calculated to determine the emotional tendency of users under each topic.At the same time,by analyzing the data of negative emotional tendencies under various topics,it is concluded that Zhihu community users maintain a positive attitude towards the information about HPV vaccine as a whole,and users have negative emotions about vaccine appointments,HPV disease symptoms,the degree of protection of vaccines with different prices,vaccine shortages,vaccine prices and other events.On the whole,Zhihu community users have little knowledge about HPV,There is a misunderstanding of the relationship between HPV vaccine and HPV virus. |
