The Design And Implementation Of The University Discipline Analysis System Based On ESI

Disciplinary assessment and subject intelligence analysis are currently the main methods to assist colleges and universities in subject construction.However,with the rapid development of Internet Technology,the information of journal papers carried in the network has also exploded.How to use this information to guide the development of the discipline of the university is particularly important.The ESI database has been recognized and used by more and more domestic organizations as an indicator tool to reflect the academic level and influence of the world.Using ESI database data and its index system for subject analysis,in line with China's goal of building a world-class professional and first-rate university.In this paper,combining the big data thinking mode,the citation information of corresponding universities in the ESI database,WOS database,and InCites database is tapped,and the related principles of bibliometrics and intelligence analysis are used to quantitatively analyze the development of the disciplines in colleges and universities,and objective data are used to demonstrate colleges and universities.The actual status of the ESI subject.The ESI-based university subject analysis system is designed and implemented to solve the tedious manual data retrieval,acquisition and analysis.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,the background of the topic selection and the application of ESI at home and abroad are introduced;Secondly,the ESI index system used in this system and some of the technologies involved in the system development process are introduced;Establish the index system needed for each function of university subject analysis system,and carry out overall system framework and workflow design;Finally,according to the selected development framework and index system,the discipline analysis system is developed and tested.
