With the continuously developing of network technology,people have new requirements for transmitting information,which evolved from the early one-way business to the two-way interactive full-service field.Although High Bandwidth has drove the emergence of many new services,the laggard basic transmission network can not meet the users' need for information transmission.How to be able to integratedly transmit and process information in a short time becomes urgent.HFC is the main Cable TVnetwork structure in China.This network structure has the infrastructure for integrated transmission.It can provide users with integrated services such as data and video.However,the one-way cable television network cannot directly perform such two-way transmission.It is necessary to transform with the relevant technology,and finally realize the function of integrated transmission.Among these transform techniques,it is found through the study of structural principles and characteristics,that the PON uses a point-to-multipoint transmission mode,the downstream is transferred in continue structure mode,while the upstream adopts the time division multiple access technology.This transmission is relatively stable,guarantees and enciphers the quality.It also lays the foundation for the transformation of cable TV networks.The greatest advantage of EOC technology is that it can use the original cable TV network,and receive optical signals at the head end,which can meet the comprehensive needs of users in terms of bandwidth and stability.In this way EPON and EOC technology can be integrated.The existing cable TV network is transformed.The main research work carried out in this paper is as follows:1.Through the analysis of cable TV network structure and the analysis of four bidirectional network access technologies,the EPON technology of passive optical network is determined as the access technology of cable TV distribution network signals for optical signal transmission.2.Through EOC technical analysis,combined with the actual characteristics of the cable TV distribution network,choose Homeplug AV and MOCA technology as the specific access technology for the household.3.Determine the EPON+EOC(Homeplug AV)solution and the EPON+EOC(MOCA)solution through access cost,transmission bandwidth,and construction difficulty analysis.4.Combine the requirements of the two-way network cable TV and the actual engineering transformation analysis,and give the EPON+EOC design flow and design points.5.Through the specific two-way network engineering case design analysis,determine the specific design process of EPON+EOC(MOCA)program,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the transformation plan.
