result,people's basic physiological needs for food are gradually transformed into higher spiritual needs,and the TV industry's attention to "food" also presents different characteristics in different stages of social development.The reform and opening period was the initial period of the diet culture program.At this time,diet only appeared in the life service TV program as one of the topics discussed in the program.To 1999,"food every day" program will "food" as an independent form of the program,then the food culture TV program into the exploration period.Subsequently,food TV programs conform to the trend of The Times and keep up with the pace of The Times.Various food TV programs such as live teaching,competitive,tourism and documentary appeared.The publication of a bite of China characteristics of the program "a trip to the beautiful Chang Yuan",this paper analyzes the host,program content,program form and other aspects,and puts forward the host's multi-type narrative perspective,tour guide narrative role,the program content pays attention to the development of communication carrier resources,the program form pays attention to the two-way interaction with the audience and other views.In view of the deficiency of food culture TV program,three personal opinions and Suggestions are put forward.First,enhance the practicality of the program.In terms of program content,it is necessary to think what the audience thinks and reach what the audience wants,provide practical information for the audience,and enable the audience to gain valuable information in various aspects through watching the program,so as to better serve life.And make full use of new technology and new means,strengthen interaction with the audience,give full play to the interactive needs of food.Second,improve the quality of guest participation.In order to enrich the program content and narrow the distance between the program and the audience,the program usually invites ordinary people to participate in the program recording as guests.Due to the participation of ordinary people,the lack of stage experience,so there is a lack of reality in the exchange between the host and the guests and other common phenomenon.The use of guest VCR and other methods can not only enable the audience to quickly understand the guests,but also enrich the form of the program,but this will appear in the video short film unnatural,untrue and other phenomena.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the authenticity of guests' live expression and restore the authenticity of video short film.Third,the mold host brand.According to the host's participation in the program,it is divided into four types of TV program hosts: independent,unitary,dominant and participatory.For the food culture type TV program host,needs to have a "dominant" host,better control between the diet and the culture ingenious fusion.Combined with the characteristics of this kind of program,the host needs to give full play to the professional language expression ability,to show the rich paralanguage expressive force.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the status quo and problems of food culture TV programs,and then puts forward some countermeasures,and makes a full demonstration based on abundant practical cases,so as to promote the development of food culture TV programs.
