On The Narrative Innovation Of FOOD TV Program ——Taking The TV Program "Exploring Journey" As An Example

From the change and development of the Food TV program which aims at serving life to the present entertainment,we can see that the simple food TV program can not meet the needs of the audience,and the audience has higher needs,social needs,self-actualization,etc..Based on the purpose of life service,the TV program "journey of exploration" pays more attention to the narrative innovation of TV programs,so that the audience can enjoy the spirit.With the arrival of the new media era,after learning from the advantages of the new media video and TV documentary,the FOOD TV program "Journey of exploration" came into being.The TV program "Exploring Journey" adopts the mode of "Gourmet +exploring shop + documentary",takes exploring shop as the main line,and uses the shooting method of documentary for reference to present the gourmet and gourmet culture."the quest" seeks to uphold an objective and fair,truth-telling attitude to judge the food,to spread true and correct food information to the audience.This article takes the food column "Exploring Journey" as the research object,this paper probes into the narrative innovation of a journey of exploration from four aspects:the diversification of audio-visual language,the story of content,the element of column and the value of social communication.The audio-visual language of "a journey of discovery" is diversified.The shooting method of "a journey of discovery" borrows from the shooting method of the documentary film and goes to the scene shooting to enhance the audience's sense of immersion,add life to a traditional food culture.The narrative of "a journey of exploration" combines the humanistic spirit,excavates people's emotion emphatically,and integrates the character's experience and emotion into the story telling.The article also analyzes the influence of the column elements on the narration in the journey of exploration,which selects the scenes that are easy to arouse the audience's resonance,and makes the narration more authentic by creating the characters.Finally,take "exploring journey" as an example,this paper analyzes the social impact of food TV programs from three aspects.
