Software outsourcing refers to the selection of appropriate outsourcing service partners for enterprises that have software requirements and contract all or part of their software projects to the service agencies to meet their requirements.The two parties involved in the software outsourcing are called "contract-issuing party" and "contractor".Generally,software outsourcing companies refers to contractor.The biggest purpose of software outsourcing activities is to reduce the development cost of the entire software by using the contractor's lower human resources costs.It is well-known that the most important cost of software is the cost of human resources,so reducing the cost of human resources will effectively reduce the cost of software development.With the gradual improvement of the world economy and gradual increase in IT spending,the global software outsourcing industry has gradually recovered and achieved rapid development.On the other hand,about the human resource management,the development of an enterprise requires the support of human resource management.The rapid development of information technology has brought new opportunities for human resource management.The customization of business processes in corporate human resource management,in line with the characteristics of the enterprise,industry and the actual situation of the enterprise,reduces the cost and improves the efficiency of the enterprise's human resource management,and promotes the support of the human resource management to the enterprise strategic planning,reducing the company's labor costs,enhancing the efficiency of employees,and the competitiveness of the entire company.S company is a leading IT service company in China.As a leader in software outsourcing,the company has already established a solid foundation for human resources management system.However,with the rapid development of the enterprise and the rapid expansion of the company's scale,the enterprise urgently need to build a set of new human resource management system,conforming to the new outsourcing industry characteristics and satisfying the actual situation of the enterprise itself.This article is based on the research and improvement of the human resource management system of S company.Based on the full understanding of the current status of human resource management of S company,it investigates and analyzes the industry characteristics of software outsourcing companies and uses modern human resource management theory,combing with modern information technology,to improve the company's human resource management information system.The purpose is to solve the current problems in the company's human resource management,to make the system more closely fit the company's actual situation,more in line with the characteristics of the personnel in the software outsourcing industry,which can improve the management efficiency of the company's human resources,support the company's strategic planning,reduce the company's labor costs,improve the employees'work efficiency,and the competitiveness of the entire company.The focus of this study is on analyze the business process of human resource management of S company,identify problems,and optimize the business process of human resource management to make it more adaptable to the industry characteristics of software outsourcing.It can also provides a good reference for other software outsourcing enterprises on human resource management.
