Research On Informatization Cons Tructison Of Yunnan Provincial Archives Based On User Needs

Yunnan Provincial Archives is the provincial comprehensive archives of Yunnan Province.It mainly undertakes the historical archives of provincial organs,enterprises,and social organizations after the establishment of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China to the New China in Yunnan Province,and promotes the historical responsibility of the inheritance and dissemination of multi-ethnic culture.Along with the popularization and application of new technologies such as"cloud and material transferring wisdom",Yunnan Provincial Archives must continuously strengthen the informatization construction of archives,further strengthen the function of archival information service,better meet the needs of users,and improve the level of archival research,development and application.The development of social informatization provides a good opportunity for the informatization construction of Yunnan archives,and at the same time,it also puts forward urgent requirements for the informatization construction of Yunnan archives.As an important part of the Archives,the archive user has also produced a new change with the rapid development of information.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to guide the development of informatization construction of Yunnan archives and promote the improvement of informatization supply capacity by seizing the opportunity of the development of social informatization and better grasping the needs of archives users.It is also of great importance to realize the"curve overtaking"in the informatization construction of Yunnan Archives and to build the digital Yunnan.This paper makes a theoretical discussion on the informatization construction of Yunnan Provincial Archives from the perspective of users'needs.It is divided into four chapters.The details are as follows:The first chapter:the user needs under the guidance of the archive information construction related overview.This article mainly combs the related theoretical knowledge,and clarifies the guiding value of user demand research applied to the informatization construction of archives.The second chapter:The significance of the research on the requirements of archives users for the information construction of Yunnan archives.This part introduces the theoretical knowledge of the previous chapter,combining with the information construction practice of Yunnan Provincial Archives,and specifically analyzes the research significance.The third chapter:The present situation and analysis of Yunnan archives informatization construction based on user's needs.This chapter is divided into two parts.The first part focuses on the present situation of informatization construction of Yunnan archives in recent years and the development of users requirements for archives.In the second part,the paper analyzes the situation of information construction of Yunnan archives by means of questionnaire and interviews.The fouth chapter:The countermeasures of information construction of Yunnan archives according to the survey of users'needs.In view of the above theories and practice investigation,this paper puts forward some pointed countermeasures from the aspects of collection resources,infrastructure,information services,etc.to improve the information construction capacity of Yunnan archives.
