| Throughout the ages,archives management work,as a part of social memory record,not only truthfully reflects the changes of social history and provides credentials for people's life and work,but also changes its own ideas,theories and means in content and form with the development of the times:from Oracle-Bone archives to slate archives,bamboo slips archives to paper archives and electronic archives,the accordingly archival organization tools,safekeeping methods and equipment have also changed greatly.Therefore,facing the trend of digitalization and "Internet +",as archival scholars,we should explore and update the organization mode of archival information resources,so as to keep pace with the times and continue to provide better services.Archival knowledge organization and metadata management through new information management technology has always been a hot topic and focus of research in this field.However,we can find that relatively there are a few literature using knowledge ontology to organize in current archival science and most of them remain in the stage of partial discussion or concept elaboration through literature reading.Therefore,this thesis hopes to do research of archival domain knowledge and entity resources organization based on knowledge ontology.The paper is divided into six chapters.The main research contents reflected in each chapter are as follows:In the first chapter,the author illustrates the various considerations in determining the subject of this study in the form of the introduction.Through the analysis of the research background to measure the significance of this study;then with specific research ideas,the feasibility of the study and the operational steps to advance the study are elaborated,and the basic methods to support the study are determined;finally,the innovation of this research relative to the archives field is clarified.Chapter 2 summarizes and reviews the current domestic and foreign research situation.Firstly,the paper introduces the latest progress of ontology research abroad and the application of ontology in the field of library,information and archives.Secondly,this paper analyses the progress and achievements of the application of ontology in the field of knowledge management in the past 15 years through bibliometrics,summarizes the position and the efforts that should be made in this field of domestic archivesresearch.Then the author introduces the basic theories,ideas and techniques involved in the thesis.The third chapter determines the main research level according to the research results of the first two chapters,expounds the object,basis and the basic principles of knowledge resources organization in the field of archives,and selects the organization method and specific tools from the perspective of the overall strategy.The fourth chapter,according to the research basis and strategy,organizes the domain knowledge content from the scope of archival subject system,and adopts semantic ontology technology to mine and organize the classes,relations,instances and axioms of the knowledge elements in archival field,which are collected,analyzed and reviewed by domain experts in advance,and gives brief example to explain the ontology of archival science formed in this chapter.In the fifth chapter,considering the practical characteristics of archives,the research object is extended from the knowledge level in the field to the practical application service.Based on the ontology constructed in the previous paper,the semantic ontology is adjusted and supplemented according to specific cases,and uses examples to illustrate the application of archival domain ontology in the entity archives resources' organization and representation.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole content of the thesis,introspects the shortcomings in the process of knowledge organization,evaluates the formed knowledge ontology in archival field,and considers the future expansion and optimization,so as to provide personal opinions for the continuous and in-depth research in archival field. |
