| Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,a great deal of information is coming to us.Massive information arouses people's desire to explore and discover knowledge.It is people's desire to acquire more knowledge at the minimum energy cost.There are many ways and means to acquire knowledge.Learning knowledge through archives resources is one of the development directions of knowledge learning in the future.Archives resources,in particular,not only contain a lot of factual information,but also include social and historical changes.It is the best mode to learn from the present.According to the National Archives disclosure regulations,most archives in China have made non-confidential archives public,and the public can obtain archives resources indirectly or directly by inquiring and filing.Most archives open the function of online archiving for users,but users can only get the file number,responsible person and other external information of the archives,submit the inquired file number to the archives staff,and then browse the feedback archives by e-mail.Although this method has high precision,it is inefficient,and if the user does not clearly find the target,or the description of the requirements is biased,it will cause a lot of waste of time and experience.In order to provide better knowledge services to the public,this paper introduces ontology theory,uses ontology technology to classify and semantically associate archival topics reasonably,reduces the threshold of users' query knowledge,and enables users to accurately locate the target needs by using the retrieval style tending to natural language through semantic analysis and expansion.This paper uses the Chinese Archives Classification and the Chinese Archives Thesaurus to establish the ontological categories of archives collection and their relationships,analyze the attributes and limitations of the categories,and establish the knowledge structure of archives collection,which lays a foundation for the rational construction of the knowledge base.Then,according to the characteristics of archives resources,the structure of knowledge base table is constructed,and the ontology and database are instantiated byprotégé,Mysql and other software.After the construction process of the knowledge base of the collection of Jishun Library,namely the technical needs,the Jilin Provincial Labor Department in Jilin Archives is selected as the data set,and the conceptual system and knowledge attributes covered therein are brought into the constructed archival knowledge ontology model to formalize the knowledge in the whole collection.After introducing knowledge ontology into Mysql relational database,the archives resources and ontology concepts are mapped one by one to form a knowledge database for retrieval and invocation.This paper constructs the knowledge base of archives collection resources from macro and micro perspectives,and discusses the positive role of semantic analysis in knowledge discovery.This paper aims to construct a knowledge base model of archives for the fundamental purpose of knowledge service under the situation that both the ontology of archives and the field of knowledge base are relatively blank,and to provide a train of thought and research direction for the future development and utilization of archival resources. |
