The Function Design Of Parameterized CAPP System Integrated With Production Management

With the development of information technology,industrial production has put forward higher requirements for computer-aided technology.CAPP system is not only limited to the digital form of paper documents,but also should be able to integrate resources,cycle,quality and other factors to assist technicians in compiling reasonable and effective production process documents.Based on the practicability of radar antenna production and the characteristics of its products,this paper designs a CAPP system implementation mode that is closely integrated with production information and interconnected.This CAPP system is based on the parametric process knowledge base and generates process files by describing the product characteristic parameters.It can not only quickly generate standard and feasible process documents,but also derive production resource demand information,so as to achieve interworking between process documents and production information.Such CAPP system can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of the preparation of process documents,but also effectively organize production and adapt to flexible and diverse development tasks.The CAPP system studied in this paper has good engineering application value and has reference significance for the technology application and development in the same field.This paper makes an in-depth study of parametric CAPP system and its integration with production management.The main contents and achievements are as follows:1)The overall scheme of parametric process CAPP system is designed.According to the preparation process,production management and the correlation between the two,the overall scheme of realizing the parametric CAPP system function of integrated production management is designed.2)The method of parameterizing the manufacturing process is designed.According to the unified standard process document standard,the attribute features and production process flow of typical parts of products are parameterized.It provides data base for parameterized knowledge base management and parameterized process specification.3)The information interaction and integration of parameterized CAPP system and production management system are proposed.Expand the functions of CAPP system and production management system from the aspects of information sharing,production resource management,production planning management and product quality,and deeply integrate and integrate the parameterized CAPP system and production management system.4)Design the realization method of parametric CAPP system.Through the process of the parameterization of CAPP system,the in-depth analysis of the integration of CAPP system and production management system,the realization of the functions of all parts of the parameterized CAPP system is designed in detail according to the parametric manufacturing process and the functional extension of the production management system.5)Design the implementation mode of assisting product quality management.On the basis of parametric part features and process information,this paper designs the realization method that can assist the control of product quality in the process compilation stage and the production stage from five elements of quality management.6)Design the implementation mode of auxiliary production management.On the basis of parameterized part features and process information,information fusion of the parts feature parameters and process feature parameters in the process documents with the production management system provides an effective basis for rational planning of production arrangement and scheduling of the production process.
