Research And Development On Process Planning Knowledge Management System

Now the kind of society economy is changing from industry economy to knowledge economy, knowledge is becoming the most active and important part of the essential ingredient of productivity. Under the background of such change, knowledge management and knowledge management system is becoming an important field of research. As an important part of knowledge, process planning knowledge has a crucial effect on manufacture enterprise, the level of process planning knowledge management has become an important sign of weighing with the level of an enterprise management. After expounding the actual and development trend of process planning knowledge management, combining with the basic conception of it, this paper presents a classification and hierarchy model for supervising knowledge, and sets up a process planning resource knowledge base using the model; the process planning knowledge is expressed with intelligent object representation which is synthesized rule, framework and object-oriented representation; process planning knowledge is showed by process planning tree using the idea of intelligent object representation; in the end, the algorithm of the inconsistency of knowledge base and integrality are also given.
