With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,micro-propagation has become an important channel for obtaining information at present.As of December2018,the number of mobile Internet users in China reached 871 million(according to the 43 rd China Internet Network Development Statistics Report),mobile phones have become an important way to access the Internet.The huge flow of information generated by mobile Internet access has begun to make people's sources and content of information increasingly fragmented,and people have been unable to concentrate on reading long content.The short video can integrate text,voice and image to display information in a multi-view,more intuitive and more stereoscopic way,which is very compatible with the current communication characteristics,satisfying the expression needs and sharing appeals of the contemporary public.Can take full advantage of the fragmentation time.With the lower entry threshold of the short video industry,the short video industry has grown rapidly,but at the same time there has been a large amount of video content homogenization,and high-quality video content is a minority.From the academic point of view,looking at the current research literature on the short video industry,we can find that most of the research is focused on the short video platform,the development of short video advertising,short video development,etc.,for content-oriented high-quality short video.Little is known about the propagation characteristics and effects presented.In response to the above situation,"Second Video",which has relatively influential content and communication,is a research case.Through the literature analysis,case study analysis,and content analysis research methods,the characteristics,strategies and effects of short video micro-propagation of common people represented by "Second" are studied.
