China's Culture and museum TV shows,with the development of China's TV industry in 1958,after 60 years of development and change.It has been developed from the initial dependent news broadcast,through the initial development stage,professional program development stage,professional channelization and other development stages,and gradually developed into a relatively independent and mature program type,and also accumulated a certain audience.However,due to the impact of new media and internet interconnection technology after entering the new century,and the relatively solid communication mode of long-term formation of state-owned museums in China,it has created certain difficulties for the innovative development of China's culture and museum TV shows and the maintenance of the audience.It has made this kind of TV show has become more and more minorization,and the audiences are getting older.It is difficult to achieve the social education purpose of promoting the knowledge of the culture and the advantages of the traditional mass media of the TV.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the inheritance and promotion of the fine traditional Chinese culture,and has repeatedly given important instructions on the protection of museums and cultural relics.In the spring of 2015,the "Museum Regulations"promulgated and implemented by the State Council also provided more complete institutional conditions for the museum-led cultural and literary field.After 201 6,some Internet entrepreneurs,who have tried to use the IP economic development model to explore the fields of film and television,games,etc.,and began to turn their attention to the museum resource market.The Internet,the cultural and creative industries and other fields began to actively explore the effective integration with museum resources.Therefrom,2016 was also praised by the industry as"The First Year Of Museum IP"?The term IP has two meanings,the first one means interconnection between networks(Internet Protocol),the second one means Intellectual Property And this essay will discuss the Intellectual Property which is the second meaning of IP.The main research in this paper refers to the innovative development of China's culture and museum TV shows in the context of the booming IP industry in China's cultural field,focusing on the knowledge of culture and museum variety TV shows.This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,adhere to the principles of science,system,and operability.Firstly,this paper has sort out and summarize the related domestic and foreign literatures.Based on the research results and current status of IP industry development and culture and museum variety TV shows innovation at home and abroad,it is found that under the IP field of view,the value of China's culture and museum variety TV shows innovation and significance of the research.Then,in a quantitative Study,analyze the content and audience experience of several popular culture and museum TV variety shows.The audience survey method is used to analyze the audience's awareness and satisfaction with the current China's culture and museum TV variety show,Also,it analyzes the perference of audience based on the derivatives of the China's culture and museum TV variety show on the IP industry.Based on the reality,this study has found that some China's culture and museum TV variety shows have begun to explore in the IP industry,but it is still in its infancy,there is a lack of overall IP industry development ideas,IP ecology is not perfect,etc.It is necessary to learn from the excellent experience of the successful development of foreign IP industry,develop the derivative industry chain,and seek added value of programs.The data provided in this paper is true and effective,and it hopes to play an important reference for the innovative exploration of China's culture and museum TV variety shows in the IP environment.
