Research On Maturity Evaluation Index System Of Digital Collection Resources Construction

With the rapid development of computer and network technology has caused the digital collection to become an indispensable part of the composition library.Compared with traditional paper resources,it has the characteristics of wide distribution and easy to access and so on.As a result,people's demand for digital collection resources is increasing.Scientific researchers also rely more on the use of digital collection resources to obtain academic literature.The construction of digital library resources has become an important content of library resources construction.In order to determine the construction level of the library's digital collection resources,and diagnose the weak link in the process of the construction of digital collection resources.Based on the theories of project management maturity,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and other theoretical methods,this paper builds a digital library resource construction maturity evaluation system,and evaluates the system's digital collection resources,hardware facilities,and user usage.Customer satisfaction and library staff capabilities and other aspects to implement all directional and multi-level evaluation.Take the building of digital library resources of Fujian Normal University as an example to study its maturity evaluation system,weigh the maturity of digital library resources under the conditions of the case,and provide scientific and effective solutions for formulating plans for improving the level of digital library resources.and then provide better services for users of the library.
