Optimization Strategy Of Knowledge Paying Community Operation Based On SECI Model

In 2016,it was called the first year of knowledge payment,and the number of knowledge-paying users was nearly 50 million.In 2018,the number of users reached 292 million,and it is expected to reach 387 million in 2019.The rapid development of knowledge payment has become an important way for mass information acquisition and knowledge dissemination.Although the industry system has been continuously expanded and improved,it is also facing operational dilemmas such as product repurchase rate and opening rate shrinkage,lack of content screening and promotion system,and development lacks stamina.From the perspective of knowledge dissemination,this paper takes the SECI model of knowledge innovation management as the theoretical analysis framework,and delineates the knowledge dissemination in the knowledge payment field from the related activities of deconstructing explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge spiral transformation in the knowledge payment field.The picture summarizes the optimization strategies for the operation of the knowledge paid community.Chapters 2 and 3 of this paper take the knowledge transformation activities in the knowledge-paying community as the main line of analysis,and conduct a longitudinal analysis of the knowledge-paying community operations.Chapter 2 takes the "field(Ba)" theory of the SECI model as the analytical framework,clarifies the knowledge transformation and communication processes in the four knowledge transformation fields;clarifies the key elements of knowledge transformation and dissemination in each field;The focus of operations in the knowledge transformation field.Chapter 3 takes the "knowledge spiral" theory of SECI model as the analytical framework,and combines the analysis of the operational focus of Chapter 2 to summarize the three key chains that affect the whole process of knowledge payment activities,namely social development chain,product development chain and Platform development chain.The article analyzes the role of these three key chains in the process of knowledge-based payment activities,and analyzes the development direction of these three chains.In Chapter 4,the article focuses on the operating entities of the knowledge-paying community,namely the content side and the platform side,combining the vertical operation analysis of the knowledge transfer and communication processes of the first two chapters,and the operation of knowledge-paying operations.Horizontal analysis,the operational optimization strategy is directed to the specific operational entity itself,and the operational optimization strategy is proposed for the content subject and platform entity of the knowledge-paying community.
