In the Internet age,with the rapid development of science and technology,the mastery of knowledge play a crucial role in personal development and social progress.The continuous change of media technology promotes the popularization of knowledge dissemination.As a new form of media,short video not only brings joy to the public,but also makes the popularization of knowledge more convenient and fast.The emergence and development of short videos of knowledge provides a new channel for knowledge inheritance and innovation.At present,short video of knowledge has a certain scale.Although the development of short video of knowledge also faces many challenges,the spread of knowledge of short video has become a development direction that cannot be ignored.According to SECI theory,this paper divides short video knowledge transmission into tacit knowledge socialization stage,tacit knowledge representation stage,explicit knowledge combination stage,explicit knowledge internalization stage and the formation of knowledge spiral.Through the analysis of short video of knowledge on Tik Tok platform,it is found that in the socialization stage of short video tacit knowledge,the individuality of tacit knowledge and the sociability of the platform influence the diffusion of tacit knowledge.In the representational stage of tacit knowledge,the technical advantage of short video and the support of other presentation technologies affect the representational of tacit knowledge.In the stage of explicit knowledge combination,the support of platform becomes the key of explicit knowledge systematization.In the internalization stage of explicit knowledge,the internalization of explicit knowledge can only be realized by satisfying the users' demand for knowledge and adding interest.Through the transformation of knowledge cycle,knowledge spiral is formed and knowledge innovation is finally realized.But the current knowledge of short video facing large difference of different platform communication effect,make form a single,"knowledge" emerge in endlessly,professional knowledge is difficult to internalize and unstructured spread the transmission bottleneck of restricting the knowledge innovation etc.,their appearance and platform of social sex less,relying too much on technology condition,profit model is not perfect,excessive to cater to the user,and knowledge spiral problems.According to the research,targeted multi-measures are expected to achieve a breakthrough in the dissemination of short videos of knowledge.For example,the establishment of a mechanism to create a "fake" platform for short videos of knowledge;Optimize the mode of knowledge sharing and improve the efficiency of knowledge dissemination by means of technology;Give full play to the value of time to create a knowledge "show field" for professionals;Master the communication skills,on the basis of highlighting personalized style to achieve boutique production.
