Research On Collaborative Information Communication Of Social Networks Based On SECI Model

With the Internet entering the Web2.0 era,information communication between users in social networks is not limited to the individual level,and it is becoming a common phenomenon that multiple users interact with each other on a particular topic in social networks.Different from the traditional network information communication,in the social network,the communication methods and content of social network information between users are not only influenced by subjective judgment and other individuals,but also by objective factors such as social network environment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the process of collaborative information communication between multiple users in social network environment and how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of collaborative information communication.The essence of collaborative information communication in social networks is the process of users' continuous communication and interaction to consolidate and create new knowledge.The thought core and basic elements of this process are regarded as the SECI knowledge transformation model proposed by Nonaka,the founder of the knowledge creation theory.Therefore,this paper attempts to research the relationship between the knowledge creation theory of SECI and the process of collaborative information communication,and based on this,it will organically fuse the two to build a process model of collaborative information communication for users under the Web2.0 social network environment.The main research work and contributions of this article include:First,the basic theory of collaborative information communication in social networks has been initially revealed.Social network collaborative information communication refers to the process of communicating and exchanging knowledge,information,data and facts between cognitive subjects in different time and space,and accomplishing common goals.In addition,it analyzes its characteristics,elements and patterns,and clearly points out that the essence of social network collaborative information communication is the transformation of explicit tacit knowledge.Second,a process model for collaborative information communication in social networks was constructed.On the basis of fully studying the connotations,elements and models of social network collaborative information communication,this research constructs a process model of social network collaborative information communication by means of the thought kernel and the basic elements of SECI model.Third,an optimization strategy for collaborative information communication in social networks was proposed.Platform operators are builders of social networking platforms that determine the external environment and user volume of the social networking collaborative information communication,while users are the experience of social networking platforms that determine the quality and effectiveness of the social networking collaborative information communication.This paper presents a strategy of optimizing the process from the perspective of the builders and users of social network platform.
