Research On Operational Strategy Optimization Of LN Software Company

In recent years,China’s software industry has developed rapidly,and various software companies have gradually formed a complete set of operation management systems and unique styles with the development of the industry.According to the company’s operational plan,by continuously improving the company’s rules,regulations,and processes,we provide services to various departments to ensure the orderly development of the company’s business activities.By continuously improving operational strategies,continuously enhancing the company’s core competitiveness and ability to resist risks,the ultimate goal is to reduce costs and increase efficiency.As a leader in the domestic software industry,LN Software mainly engages in power grid production management,ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,enterprise resource planning)business consulting and implementation,power plant equipment safety diagnosis and energy saving optimization,big data application and system integration,detection and diagnosis equipment development,information consulting planning and decision support.The company relies on deep industry background,long-term technology accumulation and rich operational strategies,We have achieved good operational results.However,with the adjustment of personnel structure,changes in customer relationships,changes in leadership,and continuous changes in market environment,LN Company must re optimize its operational strategy in order to better achieve sustainable development of operations.Therefore,exploring the specific problems that exist in the implementation process of LN software company’s operational strategy,analyzing the causes of the problems,and further optimizing its operational strategy has become an urgent problem that LN software company needs to solve at this stage.This article identifies research ideas and methods through a review of domestic and foreign literature.Based on operational management theory and optimization theory,a questionnaire survey was conducted to systematically analyze the current situation,existing problems,and causes of problems in LN Software Company’s existing operational strategies from five aspects: customer relationship strategy,performance management strategy,team management strategy,management control strategy,and market development strategy.The results show that:,The existing operational strategies of LN Software Company have many problems at the above five levels,and the reasons for the problems are multifaceted,which also confirms the necessity of optimizing the operational strategies of LN Software Company.To further effectively solve the above problems,this article takes "people-oriented" as the principle,system as the guarantee,and cost reduction and efficiency increase as the goal.Specific optimization measures are proposed from the above five aspects,ultimately forming a plan for optimizing operational strategies.Based on the operational data of LN Software Company in recent years,a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the existing problems and causes of the company’s operations,and to summarize the difficulties and urgent issues in the company’s current operations.Based on optimization principles and ideas,optimization objectives,optimization principles,and considering the shortcomings of the company’s existing operational strategies,specific optimization plans are proposed,including improving customer service,optimizing performance management,strengthening team building,improving internal management level,and accelerating the development speed of new markets.This article also elaborates on the guarantee system for the implementation of optimization strategies,ensuring the smooth implementation of optimization plans and improving the operational efficiency of LN Software Company.
