In the 18th National Congress of the Party,the strategy of innovation and development was put forward,indicating that innovation has become the focus of attention in the development of the times.In September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang put forward a series of concepts such as "mass entrepreneurship" and "grassroots entrepreneurship"at the Vodas Forum in summer.The new concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" came into being.University libraries are the gathering place of knowledge resources and the core of a university.For university libraries,the development of innovative and entrepreneurial services not only breaks the traditional library operation and service model,but also greatly exerts the value of the university library,and can also break through the traditional education methods,so that teachers and students can boldly propose Ideas that make ideas come true.More importantly,it will help improve the employment rate of graduating students.Therefore,the development of innovative and entrepreneurial services in university libraries is the trend of the times and an effective way to improve the utilization rate of the library itself.This paper mainly conducts a comprehensive survey of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship services in university libraries in Hefei through literature research and network survey methods.Through analysis and comparison of the case,the innovation and entrepreneurship services of university libraries,venue facilities,professional services,and network platforms 4 In the aspect of construction,analyze the existing problems,and finally draw on the relevant literatures of some domestic public libraries and foreign university libraries,and provide suggestions for the establishment of innovative and entrepreneurial services in other university libraries in China.The research of this thesis mainly includes five parts:The first part:introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and expounds the development status and trend of the article domestic and foreign,as well as the related theories of library development innovation and entrepreneurship service,and then briefly introduces the ideas of the text,the research methods and possible Innovation;The second part:the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the expansion of innovation and entrepreneurship services in university libraries in Hefei.Using the network survey method and literature analysis method,field research method and telephone interview,the multi-angle and multi-dimensional considerations for the expansion of innovation and entrepreneurship services in the university libraries in Hefei are carried out.Mainly from the entrepreneurial space venues and equipment facilities,providing professional services for entrepreneurship,including innovative theme salon lectures and seminars,the development of innovative entrepreneurship education,the organization of entrepreneurial events,the preparation of entrepreneurial project plans,the evaluation of the entrepreneurial market prospects The sharing of network information platforms and other aspects are summarized and analyzed.In the above-mentioned status quo survey,the relatively outstanding and perfect cases made in the innovation and entrepreneurship module are selected to conduct detailed analysis;The third part:exploration of problems,combined with the investigation and analysis of the innovation and entrepreneurship services of university libraries in Hefei and the typical case analysis of three schools,explores the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship services of university libraries in Hefei.The fourth part:the strategic suggestions for solving the problem,based on the previous analysis of the problems of the innovation and entrepreneurship services of the university libraries in Hefei,and propose suggestions for improvement in a targeted manner;The fifth part:conclusion and outlook,mainly summarizes the research content of this paper and puts forward the deficiencies in the research,and then makes a reasonable outlook.
