The arrival of the era of network communication has brought great changes and influences to the news communication activities.The two-way interaction of the communication mode has been enhanced,and the audience's right of speech and expression has become more obvious.At the same time,information platform enterprises that have grown up relying on Internet communication technology have also joined in the news communication activities.In the same space-time environment,faced with the same news event,traditional media,Internet information enterprises and the majority of Internet users,due to professional responsibilities,economic benefits and their own needs and other factors,have joined the information production,dissemination and public opinion discussion activities of related news events.The development of public opinion in related news events presents a trend of diversification and differentiation with the participation of multiple public opinion subjects.Some secondary public opinion veins even suppress or replace the main public opinion veins to become the focus of public opinion,and the public opinion out of focus is thus generated.By analyzing the existing domestic academic literature on the phenomenon of public opinion losing focus,it is found that there is no clear description of the concept,connotation and characteristics of public opinion losing focus,and the analysis of the causes of public opinion losing focus is limited to a specific case framework,lacking a summary and summary of a series of public opinion losing focus cases.At the same time,many to out-of-focus research literature on the subject of public opinion,news commentary more through analyzing its under the framework of negative,stand in the mainstream media has tried to shape public opinion guidance perspective to explore the negative effects of out-of-focus phenomenon of public opinion and the prevention measures,ignoring the domino effect of public opinion out-of-focus phenomenon exists objectively and the inevitability of its in the era of network transmission.This study USES literature analysis and case analysis two kinds of method to public opinion out-of-focus definition,causes,this paper studies the positive and negative effects as well as the inevitable and enlightenment,the concept of public opinion is out of focus and clear statement of the characteristics,summarizes the opinion of out-of-focus multiple factors,the objective existence of the public opinion out-of-focus positive analysis,this paper also out-of-focus phenomenon produced by the necessity for public opinion and the existing between different public opinion field behind the game are analyzed in thinking.
