Social media is a kind of modern information technology,which is invented and popularized in accordance with the information needs of society and mass,driven by the development of science and technology.The emergence of social media makes it easy for people to use the Internet for social activities only through one computer or one mobile phone.Social media technology is gradually infiltrating into human daily life,and becoming the parts of human in an irreversible way.With the popularization of social media,more and more problems appeared,such as the property safety,information authenticity,information security,and human health caused by long-term using of social media.The causes of these problems are the subject of social media,technology and social environment.The subject of social media reasons refer to the rich functions of social media which makes people have strong dependence.Designers of social media technology have to be controlled by managers,and gradually became design machines that passively accept orders without examining them.Technology reasons are lacking ethical considerations,separating human from physical and mental,and the inevitable bugs.Social environment reasons mainly include cultural identity,and pursuing the maximum economic benefits.To clarify the principles that social media technology ethics should follow is the premise to solve the ethical problems of social media.Firstly,we should build a good social order to make social media subordinate to the interests of the whole society.At the same time,we should ensure the equality of interests between social media and respect the sovereignty of the network.Secondly,we should follow the principle of maintaining harmony and security,strengthen the legal governance of technology,and ensure the objectivity and authenticity of technology.Finally,we should follow the principle of open cooperation.At the same time,feasible countermeasures should be formulated.At the technical level,"moral materialization" is used to regulate,design and solve the problem by using green Internet technology and monitoring and early warning technology.To solve this problem,we should strengthen the social supervision of technological decision makers,technological designers and technological users.Thirdly,we should solve theproblem from the main level of social media,strengthen the responsible and innovative ways of social media technology,and strengthen the cultivation of social media users' ethics.Finally,we should solve the problem from the government control level:formulate and improve the laws and regulations on social media,purify the competitive environment between social media,give full play to government functions,and give correct guidance and encouragement.
