In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology,the brand and quality of Chinese mobile phone enterprises' products have been greatly improved,laying a foundation for going abroad and exploring the international market.Under the background of frequent trade frictions,the prevalence of trade protectionism and the increasingly serious battle of science and technology,technological innovation has been paid more and more attention by international mobile phone enterprises and consumers.How to achieve the unique advantages that other brands do not have through the choice of technological innovation mode,so as to occupy the market in the international market is an important problem faced by enterprises.As a representative of the high-end market,Europe is an important platform for Chinese mobile phone companies to explore the international market.Therefore,study on the perspective of Christensen technology innovation,this thesis is of great significance to the research on the choice of technology innovation mode of Chinese mobile phone companies in the European market.This thesis mainly uses case study method to study the choice of technological innovation mode of Chinese mobile phone enterprises in European market.The research ideas of this thesis are as follows: firstly,the theoretical basis of this thesis is elaborated,which is mainly supported by the theory of strategic orientation and Christensen's technology innovation.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of Chinese mobile phone enterprises in European market,and clarifies the innovation and development situation of Chinese mobile phone enterprises in European market.Then,it analyzes the basis and method of technological innovation mode selection of Chinese mobile phone enterprises,mainly based on strategic orientation,from market orientation,technology orientation and Entrepreneur Orientation,and takes AHP and fuzzy evaluation as the mode selection method.Then combined with specific cases,Huawei and oppo are selected as examples to analyze the specific performance of their technological innovation models from three dimensions of technology,product and business model,and summarize the main characteristics of their different technological innovation models.At the same time,it demonstrates and analyzes the technological innovation mode choice of Huawei and OPPO in European market.Finally,the thesis summarizes the whole thesis and puts forward some suggestions.This thesis draws the following conclusions: first,according to the perspective of Christensen's technological innovation,there are two main modes of technological innovation of Chinese mobile phone enterprises in the European market: sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation,each of which has its own internal characteristics;second,the choice of innovation mode of Chinese mobile phone enterprises is influenced by market orientation,technology orientation and Entrepreneur Orientation,which are different oriented Enterprises have different choice of innovation mode.Market-oriented and technology-oriented enterprises are more inclined to choose sustaining innovation,and entrepreneur-oriented enterprises are more inclined to choose destructive innovation.Thirdly,the choice of technological innovation mode of Chinese mobile phone enterprises is influenced by different factors with different weights,so we should pay more attention to the factors with higher weights.
