Over the years,due to the development trend of global integration and the accelerating evolution of economic globalization,China has gradually discovered that cybersecurity involves not only the security of the network,but also the national,political and cultural security.Therefore,China has established Xi Jinping as a group.Long network security team to strengthen the development of network security.China's network security vendors are developing rapidly.How to prevent cyber attacks and quickly respond to defenses and monitor the network security situation in real time has become a new soil in the field of network security in China.How to develop the network security level into one The key to the new height is the vision of a situational awareness and security operations platform product(also known as NGSOC:Next Generation Safety Operating Centre),a network security product centered on big data analytics.In the face of this emerging field,product concepts and technology levels are in the embryonic stage,and market demand is complicated and urgent.NGSOC software R&D projects face unprecedented challenges-delivering customers' quality products in a limited time.This paper focuses on the quality control of NGSOC software R&D projects,and uses the eight steps of the PDCA cycle as a model to study project quality control programs.First,it combines the status quo of the project to find out the quality problems of the project-the number of bugs and the number of customer complaints.The bugs and types of complaints and the number of complaints were categorized and found that most of the bugs and complaints were caused by missing software functions,inconsistent functions and requirements,low-level errors,and so on.In order to reduce the number of bugs and customer complaints,this paper uses causal analysis,brainstorming,etc.,according to the requirements,design,coding,testing and other stages,to analyze the causes of software function loss,function and demand inconsistency,low-level errors,etc.,using the questionnaire The method and Pareto chart classify these reasons to find out the main causes of these quality problems,including:inconsistent requirements understanding,lack of requirements confirmation,lack of writing software summary design documents,and software summary design documents failing to pass the review.The link will start development,lack of code walk-through mechanism and so on.Subsequently,with the help of PDCA cycle theory,the quality control plan was developed for these main reasons,the program was implemented in the pilot project and its feasibility and effect were verified.The data showed that the number of bugs and the number of customer complaints in the pilot project decreased significantly.Therefore,the research in this paper The quality control program is applicable to the NGSOC software development project,which finally achieves the goal of improving the quality of NGSOC products through quality control measures.
