Research On Project Quality Control Of The Rubbish Short Message Monitoring Project

As the core of self written message platform project, the security filter module’s quality directly affects the entire project construction process. Therefore, in order to ensure the high quality of the project completed and meet the ultimate goal, it is need to perform strict quality management in the research and development process of the rubbish short message monitoring project.Firstly, according to the characteristic of rubbish short message monitoring module which established in the China Telecom’s self written message platform, the thesis described the quality problems of the project and gave the key points of quality control in every stage of the research and development process. Secondly, the thesis gave the concrete quality control measures for the key points of quality control based on PDCA and showed the effectiveness of the quality control measures through the application of quality control method in the testing phase. The main work and innovation points are as follows:(1) Analysis the quality problems and the key points of quality control in the research and development process of the project.According to the two factors of functional requirements and non functional requirements, this thesis analyzed the quality problems appeared in the research and development process of the project and gave the key points of quality control that will be applied in the project requirements, design, development, testing and maintenance stage.(2) Formulate quality control measures in the research and development process of the project.According to the quality problems and the key points of quality control in the research and development process of the project, this thesis formulated the quality control measures that will be applied in the project requirements, design, development, testing and maintenance stage based on the PDCA and gave the specific implementation steps that should be taken in the each stage of quality control.During the study process of the project quality control, the thesis not only make full use of existing enterprise project management resources, but also pay special attention to supplement to the project management knowledge base of enterprises. The quality control measures and specific implementation steps are given in this thesis for the quality problems that appeared in the research and development process of the project. It not only enhances the quality level of the project, ensures the successful completion of the project and achieves the expected effect, also provides guidance for quality control that the project’s next phase needed.
