Research On Archives Of Public Service System Construction

Archives public service has become the focus of the archives work in recent years.It is an important measure to conform to the trend of development of the times,and actively integrate into the society and serve the public.The public service of archives is a systematic project,which requires all aspects of investment and effort,and the construction of public service system of archives can provide a guarantee for the long-term development of public service.This paper describes the research status at home and abroad for the archives to archives of public service,public service system construction topic discussion: first briefly define the relevant concepts,including public services,public services archives and archives of public service system,which focuses on the structure and elements of the concept of public archives service system;the second is to archive the public service system of five elements,namely the public archives,archives,archives resources construction requirements and regulations construction,archives archives service mode and self construction of the meaning and function are analyzed and discussed,and combined with the reality pointed out the problems and defects of the above five aspects finally;the view of system theory to analyze the relationship between the various elements within the system,and how to coordinate the various elements of efficient development.Strategies and recommendations.
