Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a highly prevalent,potentially dangerous chronic sleep-related breathing disorder.Continuous positive airway pressure ventilation with ventilator is the preferred method for treating OSAHS.It has been widely used in community home environments.The ventilator management system has changed the traditional way of using the ventilator,and has great significance for improving the efficiency of the ventilator.At present,the ventilator management system runs independently in the home environment.The respiratory data is stored locally,and the respiratory health state is managed autonomously,which has certain limitations.The concept of "smart community"and the development of new generation of ICT provide theoretical and technical basis for the innovative ventilator management model.Ventilator smart community health management system is proposed in this paper.It combines community families with community hospitals,establishes data servers to store respiratory data,and uses community health service resources to protect patients'respiratory health.Combining with system requirements analysis,the ventilator smart community health management system is divided into three major functional modules:data processing,system management and telemedicine.The C/S and B/S hybrid architecture is used to design and implement system functions for PC clients and mobile clients.The data processing module provides data support for the system to realize online monitoring of the ventilator.The local terminals collect respiratory data through RS485 serial communication based on the MODBUS protocol,and save the respiratory data to the MySQL remote data server.The remote terminals read the respiratory data in the data server and analyze the respiratory health status of the patient.It uses the ProEssentials and ECharts chart controls to draw breathing curves for respiratory data visualization.The system management module provides security for the system and manages system rights.Combined with the role-based access control model,user tables,role tables,and permission tables are designed to manage user information,assign user roles,and grant role permissions.When users access the system,the toolbar and panel controls are dynamically initialized according to user rights,and different system function entries are provided to implement access control.The telemedicine module provides medical services to patients,including outpatient booking,online inquiry,and electronic medical record.Based on the database technology,the outpatient booking function designs data table to realize the online booking of the community hospital.Based on the WebSocket network protocol,the online inquiry function designs messages using JSON,and establishes remote connections based on the server transit model.It handles text and picture message communication,and enables online consultation between patients and community doctors.The electronic medical record achieves data persistence based on the XML,achieves visualization conversion combined with XSLT,and achieves security verification using XML digital signature technology.Finally,functional tests and performance tests are conducted for the ventilator smart community health management system.Combined with the test results,it is proved that the system design scheme is feasible.It meets the system function and performance requirements and has practical application value.
