In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,state monitoring has become one of the important needs in different fields.In the fields of communication and power grid,the communication towers and transmission line towers are exposed to outdoor natural environment for a long time,which is easily damaged by wind and rain.It causes bending deformation of the tower body,and causes the tower to collapse.Therefore,condition monitoring of the tower is a necessary means to ensure the safety of the tower and prevent major accidents.In the agricultural field,if the environmental conditions in the greenhouse,such as the temperature of the air,the humidity of the soil,etc.,can be monitored,the environnental changes can be found in time.Then the greenhouse environment can be adjusted to adapt to the growth of the crops,it can increase the yield and quality of crops,and have high economic value.It is not difficult to see that the above monitoring requirements are monitoring and alarming for some simple physical quantities,the difference lies in monitoring physical quantities,this type of monitoring demand is called simple monitoring demand.However,the current simple monitoring requirements for each scenario require independent development of a monitoring system to complete the monitoring,and there are shortcomings such as high development and maintenance costs and long development and application cycles.If a monitoring system can be developed,it can be applied to the simple monitoring needs of multiple scenarios,which can effectively improve the above shortcomings.Therefore,based on the current mature computer technology,Internet of Things technology and mobile Internet technology,this paper designs and implements a set of condition monitoring system software that can be applied to multiple simple scenarios.The system software is mainly colposed of state monitoring information collection server,the state monitoring information management server and the state monitoring mobile App software.Among them,the state monitoring information collection server provides data collection services for multiple simple monitoring scenarios,including monitoring information,alarm information storage services,eonfiguration parameters,and system software update services.The state monitoring information management server mainly manages and applies multiple simple scene monitoring information,and provides services such as customer management,identity authentication,monitoring information management,alarm information management,and monitoring physical quantity management for the state monitoring mobile App end.Status monitoring mobile App is mainly for customers,providing the functions of information management and authentication,monitoring physical quantity management,monitoring information display,alarm information display and alarm statistics report display for customers with a good user experience.These three parts are organically combined,and the monitoring targets for multiple simple scenarios can be flexibly realized by the way the customer configures the scene.Finally,this article performs functional testing,performance testing,high availability testing and integration testing of the entire system.The results of these tests show that the condition monitoring system software designed in this paper has the ability to monitor multiple scenarios and ean be used to solve various scene monitoring problems in the actual environment.
