With the speeding up of the Internet of things,the advent of the era of Internet,all made in China,2025,4.0,and a series of German industry is put forward and implementing the national strategy,industrial iot also gradually emerging,and quickly became a critical driver of the intelligent enterprise reform,so the specific implementation measures of industrial iot concern for more and more enterprises.Every device in an enterprise will produce a large amount of data.How to safely and effectively extract and quickly store the key information in the equipment,and process the information in the production process accordingly,and then make a reliable and concise digital display has become a research hotspot in today's society.Therefore,in order to solve the actual needs of enterprises and according to the actual production status of enterprises,this paper designs the Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence(EMI)monitoring platform that meets the production needs of enterprises.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem of industrial Internet of Things enterprise equipment data collection.In this paper,the Internet Manufacturing Execution System Bus(IMESBUS)communication protocol is designed to extract and collect data from the docking equipment.After the equipment docking test,the results show that the protocol is effective,accurate and reliable in collecting equipment data.(2)The production data collected above is easy to lose and inconvenient to store.Firstly,this paper proposes to use the Redis remote dictionary service cluster as the overall framework,to provide persistent transactions and fast in and out cache database,and to flash the device point data for edge calculation and other uses.At the same time,load balancing,master-slave and duplex MongoDB clusters are laid out to lay a foundation for high expansion and high availability of big data collected by the Internet of Things.Finally,the transactional data,such as execution tasks and document data,are processed quickly by SQL Server database through stored procedures.Aiming at the problem of real-time display of production information and equipment data on the page,this paper uses j Query technology and Ajax request to obtain corresponding data of fields in the database,and designs a prototype diagram for real-time display of production data through MVC architecture and Echarts chart library.This paper designs a mobile terminal APP and system data maintenance platform,which is used to solve the problems of production information query,parameter coordination issue,background data maintenance and production target value setting.After the corresponding performance tests and after the trial run phase of the enterprise.The results show that the operation monitoring platform can not only help enterprises collect important information related to production from many equipment data sources,but also transfer the production information between the enterprise decision level and the production line information system.At the same time,the results also show the feasibility,reliability and flexibility of the monitoring platform.
